Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Sethu NYC LLC. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our studio.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

     
  • Standard: 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited: 2–3 business days after processing (available at checkout).

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected method.

International Shipping

     
  • We ship to select international destinations. Available countries and rates are shown at checkout.

  • Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs clearance.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.

Delivery Estimates

Shipping timelines are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues, severe weather, customs holds, or peak-season volume are outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us at info@sethunyc.com. For packages damaged in transit, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll work with the carrier on a resolution.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, email us and we'll do our best to update it before the package leaves our studio.
